Gosemärker Construction has been successfully operating in the construction industry since September 3, 1990.
In 1990, master mason and construction engineer André Gosemärker founded the company and specialized in turnkey residential construction.
Since then, more than 700 individually planned homes have been completed throughout the East Westphalia-Lippe region. The company has also established itself in renovation, modernization and commercial construction, successfully delivering projects for private and business clients alike.
Following our philosophy of creating spaces to live and thrive, we accompany every client from the first idea to the finished project. Every building is individually planned and tailored to the client’s personal wishes.
Today, Gosemärker Construction employs 16 qualified professionals specializing in concrete and masonry construction. At the same time, we invest in the next generation by training apprentices and continuously developing our workforce.
